Tour Cancellation Insurance.

It can become rather expensive if you have to cancel your participation in a tour at short notice. Our obligatory Cancellation Insurance costs 1.5 % of the total tour price extra. This amount is being added to your invoice automatically unless you refuse it by ticking the appropriate box on our booking form (for example if you have your own insurance).

Insurances during the Tour.

We recommend a health, and a baggage insurance for any incidents during the tour. Please see your local travel agent.

Safety.

The risk of accidents happening on tours like ours is far bigger than on ordinary vacation tours. We have been lucky in the past, and would like to keep it that way. Please be most careful during runpasts, and depot visits. Alighting during runpasts is done at your own risk. You can not hold Intra Express, or any of the operators liable.

Guarantee.

Bankruptcy Insurance, required from all tour operators by European Community Law, is included in the tour prices. TourVERS guarantees for all your payments to Intra Express. The policy of this insurance (called "Sicherungsschein") will be mailed to you together with your tour confirmation.
